/ SHIPPING POLICY

  • Ground shipping is available for all online cookie orders within the continental United States through UPS Standard 3-5 Day shipping.

​

  • Orders are processed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and we ship out orders using UPS on Mondays through Wednesdays.​

​

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses, and UPS may require a signature for delivery.

​

  • Please be aware that high demand may result in delays or additional processing days, especially during the holiday season. If you have any shipping questions or issues, please email at bakedbylelallc@gmail.com

/ PICK UP SERVICE

  • We offer pick up on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11am to 6pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.

  • If you are unable to pick up your order on the scheduled pick-up date, please contact us as soon as possible.

​

  • Please note that we will be unable to issue refunds for orders not picked up on the selected pick-up date. All pre-paid orders must be picked up before closing time on the scheduled pick-up date.
